Every person in the company – from the newest associate to the highest level of SEFC – is recognized by the WLG International Achievement System pins. All leaders’ promotion levels are distinguished by the number of diamonds on their respective pin.  

Wealth Builder Circle
Top leaders qualify for the elite levels of the WLG International Wealth Builder Circle based on rolling 12-month cash flow. The Wealth Builder Circle includes the $50,000+ Success Society Watch, the $100,000 Champions Club Ring and the ultimate distinction, membership in the $500,000+ Diamond Club.

Executive Leadership Cabinet
Always committed to receiving input from the field, the top 30 leaders from all levels of the company are inducted into the ELC every six months. The ELC meets on a regular basis with WLG International Founder and CEO Hubert Humphrey.

The world-class WLG International Recognition System features many great traditions ranging from world championship boxing belts to custom portraits to gold Rolex Presidential watches. Winners are recognized on stage at every WLG International event, featuring distinctive custom awards.

Recognition is the centerpiece for every company event, whether it’s the annual black-tie Awards Gala at the WLG International Convention of Champions or the luau during WLG International’s traditional trip to Hawaii every year. The awards range from Super Bowl-type, $100,000 Champions Club rings—the cornerstone of the program—to custom Hall of Fame and Hall of Legends portraits to Rolex watches and fabulous automobiles.
